Tempering

Fans for tempering are used in the glass and metal manufacturing process.  High-temperature sheets of glass or metallic are uncovered to high-velocity ambient air in order to gain a particular set of floor properties.  The air is typically filtered and directed onto the warm floor as section of a non-stop operation.  Several degrees of air jets are directed at the quenched floor till the favored floor temperature is achieved.  Because air is a negative warmth switch medium, these air-quench tempering blowers can require a lot of air and horsepower.  The very best effectivity DECENT MACHINERY steel or glass tempering blowers are used for this application.
