Tobacco Processing

In 2011, DECENT began to focus on tobacco industry, providing customized solutions for all stages of production from tobacco processing to storage. At all stages of tobacco processing, the air temperature needs to be kept between 20°C-24°C and the relative humidity (rh) needs to be kept between 60%-70%. However, when storing processed tobacco, the temperature should be maintained at a constant temperature of 20°C and the relative humidity should be maintained between 70%--75%-. During the design phase, we need to take into account the local climate and weather conditions, which affect the humidity of the warehouse. Therefore, we recommend different products according to different climatic regions to ensure that the tobacco has sufficient moisture in the local environment.
