The Intelligent Local Ventilation System utilizes advanced smart sensing technology to monitor key parameters such as air resistance, airflow, and air pressure in real time. It dynamically calculates ventilation network resistance to ensure efficient operation of the mine ventilation system. The system integrates high-precision sensors for air velocity, temperature, humidity, air pressure, methane (CH4), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), and dust, enabling precise airflow measurement, gas emission calculations, and environmental monitoring. It also supports remote monitoring and control to enhance operational efficiency.
Both main mine fans and auxiliary local ventilation fans support remote centralized control, with local ventilation fans featuring intelligent start-stop functionality, achieving unmanned operation and improved ventilation management. In key ventilation tunnels and working areas, automated air doors can be installed for enhanced safety—securely locked during normal operation and remotely unlocked in emergency situations.
Additionally, the system is equipped with fault self-diagnosis and early warning capabilities and can integrate with other mine safety monitoring systems, gas drainage systems, and personnel positioning systems. This ensures intelligent disaster prediction and evacuation route planning, significantly improving mine safety. This advanced ventilation solution is compatible with mine main fans, local ventilation fans, tunnel fans, and axial flow fans, making it ideal for coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines looking to implement smart ventilation management.
