The organic waste gas enters the spray tower under the action of the fan. When it flows through the packing layer, the washing liquid is evenly sprayed on the surface of the packing material from the nozzle to keep it moist. At the same time, the waste gas draws the washing liquid into the fully moistened packing layer and absorbs the pollutants from the waste gas clock into the washing liquid to achieve the purpose of removing the pollutants. Then the water-saturated gas is discharged to the atmosphere after the removal of excess water through the fog layer, and the removed water is diverted back to the recycling washing liquid system for recycling, or through the collection tank, and then discharged to the wastewater treatment system. The spray tower mainly uses the packing layer in the tower to improve the direct contact ratio between the waste gas and the absorption liquid, so as to improve the purification treatment effect of the waste gas.

FAQ
Q : What parameters are required for designing a dust collector?
A: To accurately design a dust collector, we need the following parameters: air volume, pressure, local emission standards, and whether the system will handle dust or flue gas. If dealing with flue gas, the temperature must also be provided.
Q : Can we design a dust collector if the customer only provides a factory layout without specific parameters?
A: Yes, we can design a dust collector based on the customer's factory layout and provide a proposal and quotation to ensure compatibility with the existing space and optimal system arrangement.
Q : What materials are used for filter bags?
A: We provide filter bags in various materials, including polyester needle-punched felt, PPS (polyphenylene sulfide), and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), to accommodate different operating conditions and dust characteristics.
Q : What is the minimum emission standard that can be achieved?
A: Our dust collectors can meet extremely low emission standards, with the lowest achievable emission level being below 1mg/m³, complying with strict environmental regulations.
Q : What are the available dust discharge methods?
A: The dust discharge methods include bulk bag collection, dust bucket collection, and screw conveyors. The most suitable method can be selected based on the customer's processing requirements and site conditions.
Q : What is the typical service life of a dust collector?
A: Under normal usage and proper maintenance, a dust collector typically has a service life of over 10 years.
Q : Can the dust collector be customized?
A: Yes, we offer customized solutions based on the customer's specific requirements and operating conditions to design and manufacture the most suitable dust collector.
