Multistage Centrifugal Air Blower Construction: The main body of the multistage centrifugal air blower is constructed from a cast housing, which consists of an inlet casing, an outlet casing, an intermediate casing, and impellers. Typically, based on the customer's requirements for flow and pressure, the intermediate casings and impellers are arranged in series to form a 2 to 8-stage pressure-boosting multistage centrifugal blower. For special customers, the arrangement can extend to 10 stages, with a maximum positive pressure increase of up to 110KPa. The current models can cover a flow range from 15 to 9000m³/min.
Baffle Rings: The multistage centrifugal air blower features a scientifically designed return flow device and guide vanes, with an expansion design in the casing that effectively enhances blower efficiency. A contactless labyrinth seal is employed to prevent leakage, ensuring that the bearing lubricant remains uncontaminated.
Impellers: Utilizing advanced quasi-three-dimensional (triple flow) design, the multistage centrifugal blower's operational efficiency is significantly improved. The impellers undergo overspeed testing to guarantee their mechanical performance, with a dynamic balance quality level exceeding the national standard of Grade G 2.5. They are tested according to Grade G1.0 requirements to ensure mechanical performance. The actual mechanical vibration during operation is around 2.0mm/s, which is significantly less than the national standard of 4.0mm/s.
Balancing Disk: An axial force balancing device (balancing disk) is equipped at the shaft end of the multistage centrifugal air blower, which substantially reduces axial thrust and wear. This maximizes the blower's efficiency, improves its performance by 3 to 5 percentage points compared to other brands, and extends the blower's lifespan by more than 10%.
Bearings: The multistage centrifugal air blower employs SKF bearings, with a lubrication method of oil splash lubrication. Both the front and rear bearings are independently suspended outside the casing and are isolated from the internal flow path, ensuring no oil or gas is generated during operation, thus causing no adverse effects on the pipeline system or aeration heads.
Temperature monitoring: Temperature monitoring instruments are installed on both the driving and non-driving end bearing housings to monitor the bearing temperature parameters in real-time, which can be displayed on the local control cabinet or the user's control system. The control system provides effective protection to the bearings based on temperature parameters to prevent damage.
Couplings: The motor and the multistage centrifugal air blower's power transmission utilize a JM series flexible diaphragm coupling, which can transmit a torque of at least 1.5 times greater than the motor's torque. The coupling is equipped with corresponding protective devices to ensure the safety of the equipment and personnel.
Labyrinth Seal + Carbon Ring Seal: The standard combination of a contactless, wear-free labyrinth seal and a carbon ring auxiliary seal is made from load-bearing materials. It is reliable, maintenance-free, cost-effective, and has a small gap, making it particularly suitable for air transportation in multistage centrifugal blowers.
